Join me to learn practical skills to facilitate efficient movement, avoid injury, unlearn harmful habits and break free from performance plateaus. New pupils receive two private 40-minute Alexander Technique lessons per week at the rate of $40 per week at my Southeast Portland, OR teaching studio. After an initial twelve-week introductory period, individual lessons are $25 each.
